How to Order Merchandise You can browse our selection of books and gifts by visiting our Home Page. Click on a particular issue in the right hand column. If you would like to order it, click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of each page. You may view, edit and delete the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" page. When you are finished shopping, simply proceed to the checkout. The instructions will walk you through each step to enter your shipping and credit card information. Shipping Within the continental US, we prefer to ship orders via the US Postal Service. Shipping charges within the US range from $5.25 to $17.95 depending on the cost of your order (view Shipping Rates). Sales Tax will be added to orders shipped to addresses in Washington State (sorry). With standard shipping, your order should arrive within 10 business days. Shipping Outside of the United States Shipping rates to Canada range from US $8.95 to $27. Orders to Canada should be received within 14 business days. These times may vary due to unforeseen customs delays, which are beyond our control. Orders to other countries are usually received within 18 business days, barring customs delays. Rates range from $32 to $85. Shipping Rates Use the table to calculate your shipping charge. We prefer to ship orders within the Continental USA vis UPS (street address required). We suggest (but don't require) delivery to business addresses. (Please include the name of the business and suite #). "Business Days" for delivery are non-holiday weekdays (Monday - Friday). Basic Delivery (USA & Canada): You should receive your merchandise within 10 business days of the date we receive your order, barring unexpected customs delays for Canadian delivery. Delivery to addresses outside the USA: Barring customs delays (over which we have no control!) you should receive your merchandise within 15 days of the date we receive your order. If you use a Washington State shipping address: Add 8.9% sales tax to your merchandise order and delivery charge.
